Kalidindi started his teaching career in the early 1990s and since then he has been immersed in the education sector. In 1996, he established Raghu Educational Society to cater to the educational services for students by imbibing moral and ethical values. It has grown from strength to strength and now Raghu Educational Society runs two engineering colleges, one pharmacy college, a degree college, a junior college and a school to fulfil the needs of the students.
