| | 4 NOVEMBER 2018HIGHERReviewEditorial"One degree is enough to learn in a life time. I am done with my studies." Majority of our graduates come out of the campuses with this kind of unwavering mindset. Recent studies shows that, only 21 percent of young men and women aged 18 to 23 are enrolled for higher education, which is again not offering any positive support to the interest of young India's higher education dreams. Then, what is the plan of our future generation? In a recent discussion with Higher Education Review Magazine, HR Head of India's one of the leading corporate companies opined, "I suggest our undergraduate engineering students to work after their Bachelor Degree. The industry has been complaining that, out of the millions of engineering graduates, which the country is churning out each year, only meagre percent are employable. Undoubtedly, the country is suffering from huge waste of human and financial resources. Here at Higher Education Review, we understand that, there is an urgent need to analyze the effectiveness of current education system in the country in terms of employability of the students. Thus, we have come up with three different listings of institutes that can make young graduates ready to work from the day one. Our mission would be more than a mere success, if the managements of various institutions could take an inspiration to make better a prototype for their teaching methods by watching the success sagas of the institutes that we have described in the next few pages. In this issue, we cover `Top 10 Promising Networking Institutes', `Top 10 Promising Six Sigma Institutes' and `Top 10 Promising Language Training Institutes'.
