From the daily work at kindergartens, primary schools and high schools to colleges and other higher educational institutions, teachers and trainers from across the world have vested their great patience, hard work, rigor and deep dedication to ensure that well-trained students can become the best version with the right support. Teaching and learning can take place in numerous forms and the rapid growth of the Internet and technology has given us a lot of. As Bill Gates said, "Technology is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids to work together and motivating them, the teacher is the most important." With the rapid growth of internet and technology, there have been a lot of digital instruments to ensure that teaching and learning continues long after we have left the traditional school building. Amid the Covid19 pandemic, technology has bridging the gap between teachers and students.Education is the most powerful weapon that can be used to change the world and no matter how advanced technology is introduced, a mentor' position can never be replaced. Indian women are compassionately contributing to the country's progress in every possible field. Be it education, sports, business, public administrative positions or any other, women in India have made their way in them and achieved stunning results.
