The Department of Commerce, Manipal University signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Consultancy Services to start a new undergraduate programme focusing in the area of Business Process Servicing.
The programme aims to meet the increasing requirements for trained professionals in the service industries. The programme will establish at the Manipal Campus from the next academic year in June, 2015.
The MoU was signed between G.K. Prabhu, Registrar of Manipal University and Rajiv Noronha, Head Organizational Effectiveness of Tata Consultancy Services. The main motive is to produce skilled professionals who can meet the industry standard as well as survive in the industry through this programme.A lot of students will get benefit from this programme. The course will commence from June 15.
