These assignments are given with the high expectations because the faculties want the groups to be better than what they can do individually, how to effectively grow as a team and produce the high quality work. - Highlight the Importance of teamwork: Before starting the task the teachers are responsible to make students to understand clearly why they make groups for their assignments. No student can perform alone without the other person they have to take help from their colleague in order to accomplish the task effectively and efficiently. Most of them believe in their team work, just because joining hands may create wonderful things and they also get to know about the individual who holds their own posses, various skills and ability.

Students in the same way as we are now aren’t born with all the skills, knowledge or how to work in a group. Fortunately it is a skill taught and learned by us in our existing life.
