The Declaration of the Results of PGCET which was conducted by the Karnataka State Government and Management Colleges has been published by this Association for the MBA and MCA courses in Karnataka.
The association has successfully performed PGCET Exams in 2014; Rani Channamma University has published the provisional PGCET 2014 MBA and MCA entrance test.
Candidates are kindly asked to visit PGCET 2014 website to check their results.
All the successful candidates who have been listed in the merit list can attend online counseling to take admissions in the participating colleges across the state for MBA and MCA courses.
As per the rule of Government the first round of online counseling will be conducted from July 12 to 20 in Bangalore and Belgaum. Before attending the counseling, the candidates are kindly requested to bring all their original documents which are needed for document verification process.
Around 12,000 MBA and 4,000 MCA seats are available for admission in 180 colleges. Rani Channamma University, Belagavi had conducted Karnataka state Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET 2014) on June 30, for admission to PG courses in colleges in Karnataka.
A total of 17,906 candidates have been registered for PGCET 2014. The test was held in 19 centers across the state. The number of applications received for MBA course are 12,575 and for MCA 5,331.
The counseling procedure of PGCET 2014 for admissions to MBA takes place in two rounds. In which the Round One Counseling is meant for all candidates shortlisted in the merit list or rank-wise regardless of their category and native state. The seats remaining was vacant in the first round of counseling are amalgamated with general category of government seats in the Casual Counseling and are allotted to eligible students.
