Semester 1 – Principles of Management, Quantitative Techniques in Management, Managerial Economics, Managerial Accounting, Organizational Behavior and Managerial Communication.

Semester 2 – Media Management, Media and Entertainment Business, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Media and Entertainment Planning, Human Resource Management and Business Research Methodology.

Semester 3 – Strategic Management, Management Information System, Consumer Behavior, Integrated Marketing Communications, Social Media and Digital Media, Censorship, Ethics and Media Law and Event Management.

Semester 4 – Entrepreneurship and Management Innovations, Comprehensive Project, Sound Production and Music Industry Management, Film and TV Production Programming Management and Strategic Marketing and Brand Marketing.

Career Scopes

After completion of the course, students can work as Marketing Analysts, Media Strategists, Media Manager, Media Planning Manager, Digital Media Assistant, Digital Media Analyst and Channel Head. The salary varies according to the posts and experience. The minimum salary is 3lpa and it increments with experience to more than 10lpa. Students who are inclined towards teaching can also pursue their higher studies (Ph.D.) to become professors or lecturers.
