True entrepreneurs recognize a need; they imagine and create a solution to solve a problem. Mohammed Abdul Ghani and his AADS Education is an epitome of this. Ghani says, "When I came back from abroad, I wanted to hire .net developers and gave few newspaper ads and used job portals. Although, I received over 200 resumes and conducted 50+ interviews, I could not find a readily employable candidate." Today, the Six Sigma Green belt and Black belt training and certification provided by AADS Education have many takers in the market. "Six Sigma is a process improvement technique which aims at quantum improvement in processes as opposed to traditional step by step small continuous improvements. Our trainers are Six Sigma Black belt and few are even master black belt. They are also practicing professional with vast amount experience in training and consulting," says Ghani.
