Contrary to the fact that placements are not the main focus of the institution, Aditya group maintains exceptional placement record, due to the excellent industrial relationship they maintain. Students are frequently taken for industrial visits and regular guest lectures and industry interactions are arranged. Aditya group maintains collaborations with several reputed organizations such as Microsoft, Adobe and Infosys. Another reason their placements are good is because of the fact that they provide exchange programs which exposes students to different innovative teaching learning experience. The students are more aware of the different market trends and changing parameters of the industry. Aditya group maintains collaborations with University of IOWA, USA, International Technological University, USA, and Swansea Metropolitan, UK. Most of the students from Aditya are working with reputed organizations such as TCS, Wipro and Infosys with packages up to 7 lakhs. There are not many institutions that can provide 40 faculties just to prepare the students for the industry and help them take the right step in their career. With their campus recruitment training team the institute has made sure that no student gets neglected when it comes to career development. All the students are provided placements according to their choice and requirements.
Students also get to work on the research they select and find to their liking and that is why the institution is also known for their elaborate research activities. The institution has provided three centers of excellences equipped with high end technology put together by industry and field experts. Microsoft Innovation Centre, Infosys centre and Cloud Computing center, these centers encompass research projects that are innovative and at the same time very elaborate and precise. Only last year the faculty and the students’ published more than 150 papers in reputed peer reviewed national and international journals. With more than 20 faculties having PhD, the students are well guided and helped with their research projects; the faculties act as mentors throughout the project work.
