Better Training in Cloud Solutions is the Need of the Hour

Skillsoft, a pioneer in the field of cloud based learning solutions, recently conducted a survey on 300 large and medium sized business organizations across 20 industry sectors in 13 markets under the Asia-Pacific region including countries like India, China, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia among others. The survey gave way to some startling information that 79 percent of the decision makers believed more training was required with relation to big data. 61 percent of the companies hired employees to train their employees on the same. The survey also claimed that 41 percent of the learners had little or no knowledge of big data. The research found out that 54 percent of companies are investing in cloud solutions and that 19 percent of the decision makers are short of budget allocations to fund the program. The Skillsoft survey shows us that proper training in Cloud Solutions is a necessity for the mutual development of the organizations and its individuals.
