Complete your Education with the Right Training

The Indian education system is moving towards a better future, however, in the current scenario the education system still fails to deliver quality workforce to the industry. Our country could become a global investment destination for the IT and Engineering sectors if more students succeeded in their careers. Over a million skilled and semi-skilled workers are required in these segments but the number that is being offered to the market is much less than that. The prime reason for this 'launch failure' is the lack of training offered to students. The result is a great difference between an achiever, who can grasp concepts easily and an underperformer, who cannot. This polarity continues to increase with age. Herein lies the greatest evil the underperformers are left behind and only a few make the cut. So, how do we bridge the gap?

Granted that institutes all over the country are signing MoUs with top corporate names and global institutions, new research centers are being set up, and new teaching methods are being employed but the fact remains that the graduating students still lack job related skills. There is an industry that has sprung up, which is an offshoot of the IT sector IT Training Institutions. These institutes can be the salvation to our dilemma. The IT Training institutes offer job related skill-based preparatory courses to graduates, prospective job seekers, and individuals who aspire to climb the bureaucratic ladder. These institutes offer a second chance to the large section of graduates that fail to clear their job interviews. Contrary to popular belief the IT Training institutes arent just cashing in on the opportunity, quite opposing, the chances for a candidate to secure a job increases significantly with the certification and the field based training, allows the individual to greatly improve his chances of a quick promotion. Unfortunately, there are only few students who opt for such courses of their own accord.

If the graduates are able to expand their knowledge base, improve upon their soft skills and enhance their understanding of the industry, then the employment scenario of the country will definitely change for the better. To spur the change, this edition of Higher Education Review brings you 20 Most Promising IT Training Institutes to ease your efforts in making the choice.
