As the world continues to become highly professional in every sector, the hospitality and tourism sector of India which is considered as the economic strength of the country is threatened by a huge gap between demand and supply of workforce. With a rise in tourist traffic in the country it is expected that the industry may fall back by 40 percent in terms of man power in the time ahead.
