We have rejected many applications since the inception,\" says Vineeth Gupta, Head-Academic, CIM Lavasa. To get an admission in Christ Institute of Management program, students have to undergo several evaluations where a panel of faculty members assesses every application to ensure that the candidates possess the qualities required to complete the rigorous programme. \"Today, heaps of students apply for management programs as it has lucrative career opportunities, but they do not have a real interest to learn the strategies of business. We conduct counseling sessions for all our applicants to identify their interests and thus control the inflow of students who gain admission to the institute, to learn what we are teaching here,\" says Gupta.
