NIIT and IEEE Partner to Enhance Employability of Engineers
NIIT and IEEE has now entered into a global alliance to provide training based on the Guide to the Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK) to create quality engineers to meet the industry's requirement for job-ready talent. This strategic partnership will help to reduce the skill gap among engineering graduates throughout India.
These three courses based on the SWEBOK certification are being provided:
• The SWEBOK Certificate Program (SCP)
• The Certified Software Development Associate (CSDA)
• Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)
The SCP certification will give engineering students an excellent foundation on their career in software development, while the CSDA and CSDP certifications will act as a stepping stone to a brighter future for working professionals. Several leading organizations too have now adopted this programme to improve the quality of their engineers.
