However, imparting such postmodern concepts to the students is a tough task for the management and faculty as most of the students are coming from the rural background. "We get students from the nearby places like Agra and Mathura and states like UP, Bihar and Assam. Most of them belong to rural areas. Thus, they are not adept in their communications skills," says Agarwal. Understanding the situation, the institute has given lot of emphasize on building communication skills which it starts from the second year. To conduct such programs and make industry ready engineers, the institute has Training and Placement Department. They are constantly working towards the ultimate goal of the student's employment by arranging regular industrial visits for students. These industrial visits are crucial for understanding and imbibing the culture of the industry where the students associate their academic input with the Industry objectively. The location of the institute eases this process as it is well connected by cities like Delhi Agra, Mathura and Noida.
At present more than 25 companies visit this campus for recruiting their future employees. Ashoka Build Homes, United Spirits, K.S. Interconnect Systems, Bharti Bios, A.D. Worldwide Corporation, E.T. Automation Services, Vikcy Mart Software, Code Studio, DSI Software Pvt. Ltd., Incise Infotech, Pixel Conception Tech., Data Infovision, Web Experts Info Tech., and Resonance Technologies are few amongst them. The Foundation
Eshan College of Engineering began its journey in 2009 under the management of Lord Shiva Trust, which is headed by the founder trustee CA Sanjay Agarwal. "Our aim is to constantly develop the excellence of education and to raise the aptitude of the students so as to facilitate them to embark upon a successful career," states Sanjay Agarwal. The institute endeavors to accomplish this objective through a proper blend of high academic and practical skills supported by first-rate infrastructure, teaching methodology, dedication to quality management, highly motivated and committed resource pool, visionary leadership and a strong corporate patronage. The college has more than 100 highly qualified faculty members, who are ready to help students whenever they needed to.
With the strong support of this team of faculties, the institute runs a program called 'Tutorials.' "If the students are not able to understand a particular topic or if they missed any lectures they can attend these tutorial classes and make sure that they grasped the idea from the lecturer," says Dr. G. Manjari Agarwal, an M.Com holder is the management trustee of Eshan College of Engineering. She has implemented scheme for empowering academically brilliant female students who belong to financially weak families. Every year she adopts 10 such girls and educates them free of cost, which includes tuition fees, accommodation and transportation.
