RRCE has been moving towards creating powerful educational environments that improve learning, rather than adding more courses that merely transfer knowledge. The institute encourages research in their academia and believes that research must be the core of learning as it is instrumental in generating major interface with the academic and business world. Understanding the significance of research, RRCE has established a number of research centres. Here in these centres, faculties and students are involved in research activities and encouraged through incubating a number of research works.

"If we equate educational institutions with processes, the students are the inputs, the academic system is the process and the outcome is a better student. The main component required to make a quality product is a good student, and the enablers are the infrastructure facilities and committed, qualified faculty," pinpoints Principal, RRCE, Dr. Balakrishna. The institute leaves no stone unturned to give the best of opportunities to the students. The institute houses a number of experienced faculty members. In order to ensure that all the faculty members are completely aware about the developments in the education sector, frequent FDPs are conducted on the recent technology development.

"The expert talks, national and international conferences, workshops not only stimulate the intellect process of the students, but also to broaden the horizons of the faculties," adds Balakrishna. The faculties are also encouraged to attend such workshops, conferences, poster presentations, paper presentations held at various colleges to update their knowledge. The institute has established MoUs with various reputed universities across the globe for faculty exchange programs.

By making students employable through special grooming session, company-specific guidance and motivation, RRCE has been training their students for the industry. RRCE has entered various MOUs with eminent industry for exchanging internship, FDP's, conferences, Project Work, Technical Symposiums, Research Programs and many more opportunities.
