The Oxford College of Engineering is run by Children's Education Society founded by S. Narasa Raju. The college offers numerous engineering programs, which provide many choices to the students in program selection. With a presence of more than a decade, the institute has grown tremendously both with regard to the number of programs offered along with the intake of students.

The college has implemented the online Campus Management System (CMS) named as PUPILPOD in collaboration with Thoughtnet Pvt Limited. This CMS is being used for effective and efficient management the activities in the college campus. It can be accessed wherever the Internet accessibility is available. This technology platform connects all stakeholders in the education ecosystem to collaborate, communicate and share information with each other. It provides robust solutions for learning and development. Student can access their attendance details , IA marks, Results of University examinations, details of book taken from library, due date for payment of fees , message received and several other details regarding their studies by using their login ID. The accessibility of the program is not limited to students but parents can also login with the unique id given to them to access the details of their ward in PUPILPOD.
Academic Resources
The college campus is set in a sprawling 6.25 acres of prime land on NH 7, ideal for education in a serene environment which is also known as the IT Corridor in Bangalore. The institute has two buildings which cater to all the academic needs of the students and faculty members. The campus is equipped with the state of the art laboratory infrastructure and strong Teaching Learning process, which includes tutorials, remedial classes, expert lectures, students' centric workshops and seminars. The institute provides excellent infrastructural facilities like blade/rack servers and around 1600 desktops for the use of students, a dedicated 12 Mbps leased line internet connectivity, smart class rooms equipped with LCD projectors, audio and Wi-Fi internet facilities, video conferencing boardrooms.
Faculty and Researches:
The Oxford College of Engineering has a dedicated and highly qualified team of faculty who offer Quality education to the students as per the academic scheme of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, which is the affiliating university. With 42 Ph.D holders and more than a hundred industry experienced faculty members, the college is a recipient of several research projects from various funding agencies like DRDO, AICTE, BRNS, NIF, VGST and VTU. These projects add value to the intellectual property of the institute and provide a unique opportunity to its students to work on live projects of national importance.

Infrastructural Facilities to Cater Co-Curricular Activities
In order to keep pace with growing demands of higher education, the college has significantly enhanced its infrastructure. The auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 600 seats is well equipped with good acoustics to conduct national level symposiums and cultural activities. They have also made ample facility for conducting indoor sports like chess, carom, table tennis and several others. The field adjoining the college is being used for sports events like badminton, volleyball, throw ball, basketball, handball and cricket.

S. Narasa Raju is a great visionary and he formed Children's Education Society in 1974 under which The Oxford Group of Educational Institutions was established. In recognition of his enormous service rendered in the field of education, the Government of India awarded him the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi National Integration award. He is not only a well recognized educationist but also a well-known philanthropist.

S N V L Narasimha Raju is an MBA graduate from Bangalore University who possess high level of managerial skills combined with commitment and vigor. He is responsible for the technological growth of the institutions and the state of the art facilities. He is a widely travelled person and has vast experiences in the field of education. In spite of his busy schedule, he takes time off to counsel the students and motivates them to do their best in their academic endeavors. He is a keen sports enthusiast and a good cricketer.
