The Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) was started in 1993 by Prof. J. Philip who is currently the President of the institution. XIME which has fully residential campuses in Bangalore and Kochi provides its students with world class business education programs to harness the power of technology, innovation and excellent human resources. The institution offers their flagship program which is a Two Year Post Graduate Diploma in Management. The program is offered with a range of electives such as Banking and Insurance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Rural Marketing, Marketing Metrics, Lean and Six Sigma and others.

XIME's faculty who have academic and industry experience are experts of their respective fields and are in a continuous search of excellence. They improve their concepts continuously and conduct research, consulting and training in their areas of specializations. Apart from the knowledge imparted by the faculty members students have to participate in a Socially Useful and Productive Activity (SUPA) and Summer Project/ Internship. Entrepreneurship is encouraged at XIME and therefore is offered as a subject which interested students can pick up on. Students also can attend club activities such as Finance Club � Finitiative, Operations Club � X-OPS, HR club � Hruday, Marketing Club � MarkXIME, - Social Activity club XSEED and the Entrepreneurship club � Empresario.
