Delhi University to Host Job Fair on October 8

The University of Delhi's Central Placement Cell (CPC) will host a job fair on October 8 that provides paid internship and job opportunities for both current students and alumni. The Delhi University job fair and DU job fair 2025 will offer students and alumni a platform to explore internships and employment.
This job fair is open to undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students, along with alumni of DU. Registration for the fair is free and must be completed online no later than October 5. The event aims to boost Delhi University placements, providing a DU student career fair with access to top Delhi job opportunities and facilitating DU graduates hiring.
The job fair will be held at the multipurpose hall and the indoor stadium and gate number two of the university. This job fair is coordinated and organised by the Dean of Students' Welfare, who wishes to aid students of DU to secure jobs appropriate to what they have studied and what they plan to do in their careers.
In this regard, students will need to register online using the Google form and provide basic details like their name, contact information, category, course, college, enrolment number, semester, year of passing, CGPA, upload a valid university id, and a resume in PDF format. Students are strongly encouraged to pre-register as soon as they are able to do so.

Once registered, candidates can access placement.du.ac.in for information on participating companies and job descriptions. Students should also bring their university ID and a professional resume so they can take full advantage of the recruitment possibilities.
The timing of the event coincides with growing recognition of the University of Delhi (DU) as one of India's top universities in academic quality and excellence.
In the Ministry of Education's NIRF India Rankings 2025, DU comes in strong with six of the top seven colleges in India: Hindu College, Miranda House, Hans Raj College, Kirori Mal College, St. Stephen's, and Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm College (DU). For the second year in a row, Hindu College retained the number one position, followed by Miranda House.
