IIM Kozhikode Launches One-Year Diploma in Management for Professionals

The Indian Institute of Management-Kozhikode (IIM-K) has introduced a one-year Diploma in Management (DiM) course. The program is intended for professionals and managers aiming to advance their careers and gain higher-level managerial skills.

This cutting-edge program integrates a blended learning method, providing a combination of face-to-face classroom sessions, live online classes, and asynchronous content. The curriculum includes essential aspects of general management, as well as elective choices in new domains like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Fintech, Business Analytics, and Digital Marketing.

Admission to the DiM program will be decided through a selection process that involves personal interviews and the IIM-K Diploma in Management Aptitude Test. Moreover, attendees will have the opportunity to join workshops on various specialised subjects conducted by experts from the industry. The first batch is scheduled to start in the third week of May 2025.

20 percent of the course material will include seminars on specific industry topics, alongside the main curriculum. Under the mentorship of experienced scholars and business leaders, these sessions will provide chances for career development.
