IIT Delhi Launches Online Advanced EV Technology Programme

Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) has announced the launch of the 9th batch of their Online Advanced Programme in Electric Vehicle Technology. This 6, month part, time online certification course is oriented to the needs of working professionals, engineers, and hobbyists who want to develop thorough knowledge in the rapidly growing electric vehicle (EV) sector while continuing their careers.

The programme has a comprehensive curriculum that is delivered through live online classes and recorded sessions to provide flexibility to busy professionals. It goes through core topics such as EV basics, battery technology and management systems, power electronics, electric motor design, charging infrastructure, vehicle dynamics, thermal management, and the latest trends, V2G technology, and autonomous EVs, for example. Students get the opportunity to apply their knowledge practically via simulator tools, case studies from real life, and a final project where they use the theory to solve actual EV problems.
