Being a fashion designer and hailing from Delhi, Archana's interest was always inclined towards improving the design education structure by imparting world-class design pedagogy. Her dreams came true when she got married in Jaipur, Rajasthan and initiated Arch College of Design and Business's journey in 2000. At first the college offered short-term design courses when Jaipur was a small city. And today, Archana has turned it into a prime design learning college in the cosmopolitan city without taking help from her family members or friends. According to her, the alumni have played a huge role in the successful journey of Arch College of Design and Business.

At present, Arch College of Design and Business is the only institution in the country that is conducting an online entrance examination for courses like interior design, fashion design, product design, jewelry, craft and accessories. "We create affordable courses without compromising on the quality of education for students who are not coming from a strong financial background. plan to go abroad for pursuing higher education. Alongside maintaining the college infrastructure, Arch College of Design and Business hire faculties following the norms set by German University to which the college is affiliated. The faculties optimize learning with utmost strictness and help the students in professional career. There are close to 100 companies who are part of the design industry that is associated with Arch College of Design and Business. These companies offer internships and convey industry-relevant skills and techniques. Furthermore, there is a summer school at Arch College of Design and Business, where they foster student exchange programs. Arch College of Design and Business is aligning design with international methods and helping in the storage of heritage. It has taken a step forward and is conducting international research content in the year 2020 which the college has named ­ fashion colloquia. "There will be around 100 institutions from various parts of the country taking part in this. Moreover, there are a lot of competitions that we are conducting to make design sustainable," states Harsh. In between making students competent with design skills, Arch College of Design and Business also nurtures the extracurricular abilities of the students. They send the students to industries to conduct fashion shows and interior design events.

During these events, the students also gain entrepreneurial expertise and because of this, the college has an alumni base flourishing with a huge number of entrepreneurs. "When it comes to interior designing, we have formed a group of unmatched folks who are capable of innovating and rejuvenating the interior design industry. That is why we won the diamond award for interior design conference competition that took place last year at the festival of architecture and interior design in India. As we are one of the oldest colleges in the design industry, our students get content from the industry on a regular basis and carry out projects," concludes Harsh.

Harsh has 14 years of experience in business development across different industries. At present, he is heading the business development and admission at Arch College of Design and Business. Harsh completed his education with bachelor of commerce from Kirori Mal College.
