The prevailing curriculum being followed by ALC is one that gives equal importance to both the theoretical and practical aspects of law. The institute has created courses that can help its students understand the nuances of the legal industry and identify their hidden potential. "Different from the traditional syllabus which is followed in other institutes, we at Asian Law College, through our expertise and experience have enhanced our curriculum tremendously. This has helped us in offering specialized bespoke diplomas and certificate courses such as diploma in cyberlaw, diploma in media and entertainment law, and a diploma in foreign languages in addition to the traditional 5 year BA LLB and 3 year LLB courses. Another unique and unconventional course that we offer is the diploma in Intellectual Property Law which is one of the fastest-growing sub-sectors in law", says Dr. Saleem Akhtar, Director of Academic Advisory Board, Asian Law College.

Adding about the importance of practical training and the internship facilities offered by the college, Dr. Saleem says "We believe that to become successful in the legal profession, our students should be well equipped with practical knowledge and to ensure that the students get proper exposure we have given great importance into our students' internship programs. After each year, our BA and LLB students are eligible to pursue an internship course and we have a separate internship cell to overlook the entire procedure. We are also approached by leading advocates who are looking for an intern through our CRC team, and we send our students to these advocates accordingly."

Curating the Best Possible Educational Scenario
The Asian Law College is doing everything within its power to provide their students with the best platform to be successful in their career and the institute fully understands the importance of having the right mix of expert faculty and state of the art infrastructure to create expert lawyers. "Our faculty members and their expertise and experience are the backbones of our institutes' success. Our teaching methodology is not limited to traditional classroom hours. Our students are more than welcome and are even encouraged to contact the faculty at any point of the day to clear their queries. There are regularly organized discussions between faculties and students about various cases both national and international like the recent Sabarimala and Ayodhya verdict to get a clear understanding about the subtle legal nuances and procedures. This has helped us in creating a case law-based teaching methodology. Our students are also constantly evaluated through various class tests and internal assessment tests and we have a dedicated internal quality assessment cell to ensure the quality of our
education. Many experts from various industries also come and talk with our students on a regular basis to keep them updated on what is happening in those specific industries", states Dr. Saleem.
