In March 2019, the Dialogue and Development Commission (DDC) of the Delhi Government took the initiative to formulate the higher education structure in India's capital city with a modern outlook. DDC stated that in the next 3-5 years at least 5 multinational corporations are going to have own R&D centers in the NCR.
