Started with an aim to provide IT training with job guarantee in an era where companies are looking for multi-talented and multi-skilled professionals, Goals Infocloud Technologies (GIT) is ardently providing hands-on training programs on multiple courses to the candidates as per required by IT Companies. They are giving three months in-depth training to make candidates eligible for jobs. "We have tie-ups with 375+ organizations and our placement touches hundred percent success ratios every year. We are training candidates from different education backgrounds including Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce. We also provide training to the students who have completed their twelfth standard. The real-time working professionals, who are associated with GIT for quite some time, collaborate and design the courses from their end. With their years of experience of working with IT sector, they formulate the courses according to recent technological stipulations. "We have our own labs and data center, where students get the hands-on learning and they practice the same whenever required. And at the same time, we work on a student's leadership quality, negotiation skill, communication skill and attitude tuning, which are very important to get any job," says Avinash.

Looking into the industry work culture, Avinash elucidates, "Well, as I look into the industry work culture, I find that in IT, technologies are dependent on each other. Like when we say cloud computing, it is not a single technology; it is an amalgamation of technologies and is a computation of IT. So, when a candidate wants to do training in AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud, we recommend that candidate to understand networking, virtualization, storage area network and the operating system as well. This is the overall knowledge required to learn AWS. After that, they can easily adapt themselves to the latest development happening in cloud technology and will be able to troubleshoot and help customers to resolve their issues. We conduct almost hundred plus courses on this segment. We help students with futuristic technologies and have created a special combo of courses with respect to the current job and future job scenarios."

Nowadays, free seminars are conducted by any IT vendor and at the same time real-time working professionals provide a lot of internal training that helps the students to keep up to date with the technological

interventions happening in the industry. The working professionals share their experience with the fresher-candidates which helps them to explore the technology market. Fostering Lucrative Placement Opportunities
Avinash, being a writer himself, who has written motivational book Zero to Hero Launching In December 2019, provides mentoring to the students on personality development and leadership quality buildups to the students, which are essential for any job placement. Talking about the placements, Avinash expresses, "We have tied with Naukri.com and Monster.com for providing best possible placement opportunities to the candidates. In addition, we have made a community on social media and build up good relationships with the HRs as well. One of the students, from MCA pass out 2008 was struggling to get a job for 10 years; he is now well placed in the IT industry. We provided multiple training courses to him and worked on his resume. And now he is working in one of India's renowned software company with 5LPA package."

Over the years, GIT has catered many job guarantee programs to the students and has been successful in doing that. In the first year, there were only 150 students studying at GIT, which followed with 300 students in the following year. And now, GIT is catering to the technological needs of 500-600 students on a yearly basis. Presently, the training hub is concentrating on introducing latest technology courses like IoT (Internet of Technology) and Robotics and also plans to launch its own R&D department.
