The Department of Forensic Science at JECRC introduced its cyber program in 2020 with cyber forensics as a single subject. However, as cybercrime cases surged worldwide, the university quickly expanded its offerings.

Alongside, JECRC places strong emphasis on career readiness through comprehensive Campus Recruitment Training (CRT), preparing students for placement drives.

Over the years, the university has facilitated 12,000+ offers, including 2,230+ on-campus offers from 140+ recruiters. The highest package reached `33 LPA (Amazon), with an average of `6 LPA and 825 offers from Fortune 500 companies.
