Most training institutes help people with no work experience gain the necessary skill sets in a particular domain to get a job. However, there are a few training institutes who focus on training employees of companies and giving them a set of new skills that will lead them to become effective managers. These courses are modular and are focused on gaining knowledge as well as certification. The IT Service Management course which includes the ITIL Foundation, ITIL intermediate and ITIL expert is the flagship program of the academy. For students who are interested in Project Management the academy offers courses in Prince 2 and PMP. It also provides a course of CPRE which is widely used for hiring people for the post of requirements engineering. For those interested in obtaining the yellow, green, black or master black six sigma belts, the academy provides them with the relevant training.
