Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science for Women (SRCW) was established in the year 1991 with a mission to expose the talents of the young women by providing them with enormous opportunities. From the time of its establishment, the college has ensured that it adopts the advancements in every sector so that the skill sets of women shine in all the fields of life. The college offers a wide range of courses, which promotes studies in four streams namely, computer science, life sciences, management, commerce andhumanities. “All our programs focus on moulding confident women embodied with the required skill set, values and ethical standards. The MCA program started in 1993 is one of the flagship program offered at SRCW which stands as a platform to exhibit the technical skills of women”, states Dr. K. Chitra, Principal, SRCW.
The training starts with the orientation program where students get an idea regarding the scope and the requirements of the industry. “In the first week of the college itself, we provide students with an opportunity to interact with the alumni in order to understand the college and the training.
