With its rich history and culture, France has been home to some of the greatest artists in the world. Being at the forefront of everything contemporary, France has always lured the creative ones. While Art and Design have the ability to change the way we conceive our surroundings and the world we live in, it is said, 'You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality'. Based on the French Riviera in the South of France, The Sustainable Design School is an institute set up after understanding the potential that the profession of Design holds in directly impacting the future of our society and planet.
"A place where different cultures and people of diverse origins cross their ways and give birth to a broader approach of design, the sustainable design school constantly practices developing openness and sensitivity together with awareness and responsibility among its students"
"The realization that design is about using creativity to generate and bring forth new possible futures catapulted the college towards international recognition. This unique approach also helped The Sustainable Design School to act upon issues that far surpasses the traditional domains of design. Keeping up with our objectives, we educate our students with the vision to develop design students that become agents of change for a sustainable society that holds the values of humanism and empathy foremost", speaks Grant Linscott, Academic Director, The Sustainable Design School.
