With the vision of development of trained manpower that are intellectually genius, morally conscious and socially responsible to work towards a society in a systematic and resourceful manner for the development of the Nation, TRC Law college came into inception in the year 2007. At the time of its foundation, there were no law colleges in the district in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. TRC Law College strives on a mission to "create a community which is diverse, inclusive and sensitive towards the rights and duties of every individual that would serve society to strengthen the legal system in India”.
Having 34 faculties in campus and a student-faculty ratio of 1:40, TRC Law College provides latest facilities such as smart classrooms, Wi-Fi campus, central library, indoor and outdoor sports, antiragging cell, women cell for women empowerment and development, and all facilities for differently abled people along with skill development centres like Moot Court Hall, Legal Aid Cell, and Computer Lab.

In the current Indian education scenario, a lot of cities and districts in the rural part of the country are facing issues when it comes to providing appropriate resources as students get short of appropriate learning material, school libraries are rarely present, and schools are missing the newest equipment. Another drawback in the system is that the focus is inclined more towards theoretical knowledge rather than practical which
