Under the collaboration, the selected Technology Centres will conduct training programmes aligned with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF). The courses will cover electronics, mobile phones, home appliances, installation, servicing and repair.

The identified centres will establish modern training facilities to support practical learning and technical instruction. Samsung will contribute specialised training, technical support and Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes. The company will also provide continuous guidance to the centres to maintain training quality and strengthen the delivery of industry-focused courses.

Participants will receive hands-on training, industry exposure, career counselling, internship opportunities and placement assistance. The programme seeks to bridge the gap between technical education and industry requirements, particularly in electronics and home appliance services.

Successful trainees will be offered three-month internships with a monthly stipend of ₹12,000. The stipend will be transferred directly to beneficiaries through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mechanism.

The initiative also includes scholarship support for eligible women and persons with disabilities. Trainees demonstrating outstanding performance will receive merit-based rewards. The programme will initially target 1,600 trainees during its first year, with the number expected to increase gradually in subsequent years.
