NTA Invites Applications for Researcher, GM and Content Writer

The National Testing Agency invites applications for Researcher, English Content Writer, General Manager and other positions as part of efforts to strengthen assessment, research, security and communication functions.

Applications are being accepted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for various professional jobs. This is an attempt on the part of NTA to develop and enhance their testing, research, communication, security, and operations capability. Various posts include Researcher, English Content Writer, Senior Professional, General Manager, and others. Applications may be submitted by August 21, 2026.

According to NTA, this recruitment process is intended to help enhance their internal capacity building and also assist in creating a better testing environment. They are willing to pay salaries according to industry standards depending on the qualifications and experience of the applicants. The vacancies that are currently available include jobs in research, assessment, communication, information security, data and creative services.

For the English Content Writer position in the New Delhi headquarters of the NTA, the candidates are required to have a degree in English or Journalism or Mass Communication or any other equivalent field. They should have a minimum of three years of experience in the field of writing or editing in communications or journalism or public relations or any other related field. The candidates should be proficient in writing, editing, proofreading in English language and coordination with Hindi counterparts.

In addition, the organization is recruiting for the position of Researcher. Individuals seeking for the job should have a degree or master's qualification in subjects like public policy, social sciences, economics, journalism or other similar fields. Three years of relevant experience in research is necessary, while applicants should prove their expertise in desk research, source evaluation, fact-checking, research methodology, and analytical writing.

Specifically, for senior level posts, NTA has sought professional individuals. The position of General Manager Assessment R&D and Psychometrics would require applicants to hold a PhD in the fields of psychometrics, educational measurement, statistics, mathematics, computer science with a specialization in artificial intelligence, and educational psychology. The candidate must have over 12 years of experience since their PhD and at least 5 years in a senior level post in assessment research/measurement.

It will also be recruiting for the position of General Manager Information Security, who must have qualifications in computer science, information technology, or cyber security, along with at least 12 years of experience in information security. Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCISO are mandatory for this job.
