RNLIC, IIM Indore Launch Leadership Programme for Senior Managers

Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company Ltd. (RNLIC), in partnership with TimesPro and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore, hosted a successful exclusive Leadership Development Programme aimed to develop RNLIC's Branch Managers, Heads and Area Managers with interdisciplinary leadership skills to lead effectively in the increasingly changing business environment.

Residential Programme for a Future-FocusTimesPro - provider of L&D training - organised a 2-day residential program at IIM Indore. The first-level initiative was designed so RNLIC participants could acquire skills and knowledge required in today's complicated workplace. The sessions, taught by IIM Indore faculty, were structured around resilience, stress, and overall effectiveness as leaders in today's world.
