UP Pharmacy Admissions 2026: Counselling Starts September 25

JEECUP Pharmacy counselling 2026 begins September 25 for UP-qualified candidates. Round 1 choice filling ends September 27, with seat allotment on September 28 and classes scheduled to begin October 15.

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) will begin the counselling process for Pharmacy admissions for the 2026-27 academic session on September 25. The first phase of counselling is for UP state-qualified candidates seeking admission to Group-E Pharmacy courses through the UPJEE Polytechnic examination.

According to the counselling schedule, candidates can fill and submit their choices for Round 1 from September 25 to September 27. The Round 1 seat allotment result will be announced on September 28. Candidates allotted seats will then have to select the freeze or float option and pay the prescribed security and counselling fees between September 29 and October 1, up to 5 pm.

Candidates who choose to freeze their allotted seats will also have to complete document verification at the designated district help centres. The verification window for Round 1 will remain open from September 29 to October 1, up to 6 pm. Institute reporting for candidates across the three main rounds will continue from September 29 to October 15.

Round 2 and Round 3 Schedule: For Round 2, choice filling will be available from October 3 to October 4, followed by seat allotment on October 5. Candidates will be able to complete the freeze or float selection and fee payment from October 6 to October 8. Document verification for candidates opting to freeze their seats will also take place during this period.

Round 3 choice filling is scheduled from October 9 to October 11, with the seat allotment result to be released on October 12. JEECUP has clarified that there will be no float option in this round. Candidates allotted seats will have to proceed with seat acceptance, fee payment and document verification between October 13 and October 15.

Candidates who wish to withdraw their allotted seats during the three rounds can do so on October 14 and October 15. Classes for the 2026-27 academic session are scheduled to begin on October 15.

JEECUP has advised candidates to follow the prescribed deadlines carefully. Failure to complete fee payment or document verification within the specified period can lead to cancellation of the allotted seat without a refund of fees.
