Debraj Banerjee has more than 12 years of experience in Corporate & Retail Sales, Business Development in the education & training Industry. He utilizes his vast experience in the marketing domain to guide International School of Management Studies, Pune to move up the ladder.

Prior to joining ISMS, he worked with Siemens Information Systems Ltd where he handled the entire Easter India Operations. He also oversaw the Retail and Corporate training in Kolkata. He also worked with SQLStar International Ltd, ICFAI and SSI Limited in various marketing capacities. He says, "Students pursuing their studies in Business need to gain more practical knowledge via the various extra-curricular activities and skill development workshops which institutions should make absolutely mandatory".

Programs Offered
The institute offers four post graduation programs:
· MBA (International) - Progression from Strategic Management & Leadership Extended Diploma
The institute offers an International MBA program which is professionally accredited by Edexcel. This program offers students with an opportunity to gain a comprehensive insight into the world of Business Administration and Strategic Management.

· Post Graduation Program (Extended) in Management with M.B.A
This course aims to create highly skilled individuals that are able to undertake analytical tasks rather than simply knowing about business administration and management.

· Post Graduation Program in Management with M.B.A
The course lays emphasis on the application and critical understanding of businesses and management techniques.

· Master in Business Administration Plus (MBA Plus)
The program allows students to specialize in different areas of business administration. They can also earn international certifications in Business Administration and Business Performance Management through this course.

Faculty
While most of the faculty members are recruited as per the Pune University norms, ISMS ensures that the faculty members who teach the international MBA program in Pune fulfill the Edexcel faculty criteria as well. The institute also ensures that faculty members are trained by the Edexcel trainers during their visit twice in ayear for verifications. Various industry stalwarts like Mr. Viral Raval, Vice President and Head of IT for Suzlon Energy, Mr. Dhananjay Lad, the Regional Business Head at Tikona Digital Networks P Ltd and others have been invited to teach the students about the practical business world.
