Nottingham Trent University Offers 50% Scholarship for PGs

Nottingham Trent University (NTU) has launched merit scholarships offering tuition fee reductions of up to 50% for Indian students seeking to enroll in January 2026 postgraduate programs in the UK.

NTU scholarship opportunities consist of the India Prestigious University Award, which provides up to £4,000, NTU International Merit Scholarships worth £3,000, and the NTU International Scholarship amounting to £2,000.

Candidates can submit their applications for the scholarship by November 12 on the official website, ntu.ac.uk. Last year, NTU granted more than 1,300 scholarships to candidates from over 80 nations.

Every undergraduate program at NTU consists of a minimum of 240 hours of hands-on work experience. These opportunities allow students to obtain hands-on experience while pursuing their academic studies and enhance their job prospects.

“With merit-based scholarships, globally-recognised programmes, and extensive employability support, courses at NTU offer Indian students a unique opportunity to combine academic excellence with career readiness,” the NTU statement said.

NTU's emphasis on employability is a major advantage, with the university placed first in the UK for Employability (Uni Compare, 2025). NTU collaborates with over 2,000 businesses both in the UK and globally, providing students with professional placements and paid internship opportunities.

Moreover, NTU’s commitment to employability ensures that graduates who are neither employed nor pursuing further studies within a year of finishing their degree will receive paid placements.
