The College Board has opened registrations for the SAT examinations scheduled from March to June 2026. The testing dates provide essential testing opportunities which students need to complete their undergraduate studies abroad in the 2026-27 academic years.
The SAT remains one of the most widely accepted standardised tests globally. More than 4000 universities and institutions around the world accept SAT scores as part of their admissions criteria.
Prospective test-takers can now register online for the March, May and June test dates as part of the 2025-26 testing cycle. The registration process enables students to confirm their eligibility for international university programs which have application deadlines.
The first SAT test in the spring cycle will take place on March 14 2026 with registration ending on February 27 2026 and changes or cancellations and late registration ending on March 3 2026.

The second test window will take place on May 2 2026 with registration open until April 17 2026 and users able to make changes and register late until April 21 2026. Students must register for the June 6 2026 session before May 22 2026 and they can make changes or register late until May 26 2026.
Students who need a College Board device for the digital SAT should submit their request at least 30 days before their selected test date to enable international shipping.
The test centres reach their capacity after the first registration period ends which students must complete before their SAT scores can be used for university applications.
The upcoming spring SAT dates enable students to take or retake the test multiple times which allow them to choose their study times and plan their test dates without disrupting their educational responsibilities.
Applicants who want to study abroad must track all testing dates and deadlines because SAT scores represent a vital requirement for their applications to universities in the United States and other nations that prioritize standardized tests.
