Applicants who will conduct their entire doctoral research in Germany are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Students from developing countries who have excelled academically may pursue  Master of Science degree in any of the STEM fields. Those with exceptional academic credentials may be eligible to pursue a Master's, Diploma or, in rare instances, a Bachelor's degree.

 Furthermore, this program supports joint PhD programs under co-supervision, allowing you to do research at both your home institution and in Germany simultaneously.

 The first step is to select one of the courses offered by DAAD and then apply directly to the University of Interest before submitting the scholarship application through either the DAAD online portal or the German Embassy.
