Odisha to Start UG, PG Admissions Early for July 2026 Session

Odisha will start its Undergraduate and Postgraduate admission process for the 2026 academic year which will start from the second week of July 2026. The admission process will start earlier than scheduled to provide students with sufficient time.
The Odisha government together with the higher education department established the academic calendar system which enables universities to conduct their undergraduate and postgraduate student admissions process.
The new schedule establishes an earlier start date for the academic session which enables institutions to increase their student capacity and complete their operations without any pauses.
The state will publish an exact timetable which contains all essential admission dates for application periods and entrance test dates and document submission times.
