Telangana EAMCET 2026 Registration Now Open – Apply Today

Telangana Engineering Common Entrance Test registration period (TS ECET) 2026, has been announced and the Government of Telangana invites all qualified candidates for diploma and B.Sc. mathematics degree holders that would like to apply for Lateral Entry into the 2nd year of the BE, B.Tech., or B.Pharmacy Programmes from All Universities & Private Colleges across the State of Telangana.

The online application may be submitted on the official examination website of TGCHE at ecet.tgche.ac.in; and must be submitted by 18 April 2026, in order not to involve late fee charges. Osmania University Hyderabad is conducting this examination under the direction of TGCHE.

The Telangana State ECET 2026 exam will take place on 15 May 2026 in one session from 9am to 12 noon; candidates wanting to take part must check whether they meet eligibility requirements (these usually require having completed a relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree with Matriculation as an entry requirement for candidates wishing to register to sit the exam).

Those wishing to register for an exam will need to provide their personal and educational details during the application procedure together with  uploads of any required documentation.

Both personal and educational details must be submitted through the online portal in order to complete the application process and pay your application fee.

The TS ECET test functions as the main entrance pathway through which students can obtain lateral entry admission to engineering and pharmacy programs beyond their first academic year. The pathway enables students who completed their basic technical education to enter degree programs at an accelerated pace.
