IIT Madras Launches Online BS in Aeronautics, No JEE

IIT Madras has introduced a new online Bachelor of Science (BS) program which offers Aeronautics and Space Technology as an educational path that enables students to access premium aerospace programs without attending traditional classes.

The program delivers educational content through IIT Madras Online which serves as the institute's digital learning platform to students throughout India who want to work in the expanding fields of aeronautics and space systems and related technological areas.

The program offers a unique admission method because students do not need to submit JEE Main or JEE Advanced scores which creates more opportunities for students who did not take these exams.

The online BS Aeronautics and Space Technology degree program provides students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to succeed in aircraft design, propulsion systems, mission planning, aerospace material development, and space systems engineering.

The curriculum has been developed by IIT Madras faculty and industry partners to ensure that it reflects modern aerospace industry requirements.
