Based out of New Nallakunta, Hyderabad, Aja Commerce Academy was established in 2015 with a vision to provide high-quality training and subject-intensive coaching for CA and CMA students at Foundation and Inter Levels.

“We always encourage our students to speak up during the class which will not only positively impact their confidence level but also enhance their oratory skills. We ensure that students are asking questions and their doubts are being clarified, no matter how small the doubt is.

Since apart from regular students, we have many working professionals enrolled with us, we dedicate one to two-hour sessions daily. But let me assure you that, amidst this time frame, we ensure relentless and unconditional flow of education for our students which remains imprinted on their minds forever. Implementing an experiential style of teaching and using elaborated concept-based teaching techniques which students find innovative and very useful, Aja Commerce Academy is benevolently adored by aspiring finance professionals of the country. Tackling the hurdles imposed by the COVID pandemic, our academic classes resumed functioning through online sessions via online platforms such as zoom and skype to benefit students. Enabling an environment for students where they are made to feel free and empowered rather than burdened with homework, Sushma is transparent about her believe in seeing the students as a future reflection of our country.

Highlighting the importance of students’ education as a primary service towards the country and

as teachers their roles in it, Sushma avers, “It’s a simple logic that, just like doctors, lawyers, farmers, if we as teachers should stand up for the nation, then nation would go forward. If not for anyone, do it for the nation and mankind. Read a simple quote somewhere, which goes like, ‘if you want to spoil the nation, just remove books.’

As students are indeed the future of our nation, we ensure that all the students who join us rise and shine as great individuals, as we have mentored them with truth, honesty, hardworking, a peaceful way of learning. If they commit something wrong, we will ascertain that they redo and revise it but won’t humiliate or torture them. Whenever it is possible we will stand with them as teachers they can rely on. If we cheat them or fail to support them then we will be answerable to ourselves.”
