Amazon College interlink/relationships with many government and private organizations and so far, they have provided employment to many of their students. And owing to that, their student's employ-ability rate is more than 85 percent during the last five consecutive years. The college works to be a bridge between higher education and professional practice and to serve the creative industries. Over the years, they have signed MOU with Lincoln University, Malaysia, joined hands with IDP, Australia, signed MOU with ELTP (Employment Linked Training Program) project with Ministry of Skills Development & Vocational Training, received the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC, SL) registered certificate, hoisted the biggest and the largest national flag in Sri Lanka on their national Independence Day on 04th February 2020 at the college premises under a ceremonial occasion, MOU with Maldives regarding the educational opportunities, and in near future, they are willing to work with Indian institutes as well as companies in order to enhance their business with strategic direction.

As the higher education industry envisions its future, addressing the needs of today's students is a key factor. Connecting with Gen Z provides the insight that schools need to evolve, and appeal to prospective families. Understanding this group is a critical component of designing programs that will foster continued support pursuant of advanced degrees, distinguish universities, and keep schools competitive in a saturated market (Bill Burnett, 2018). While talking more about their future plans, Ilham adds, "The vision for the future is to change higher education by reintroducing methods of mounding the learner into a person who will go out into the world, implement change, and become a successful leader. And our courses use design thinking techniques, and challenges students to design their future".
