Founded and conceptualized by the distinguished educationist Dr. Sanjay Salunkhe, Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship & Leadership (iFEEL) has evolved into a replica of modern B-School through filling the significant gap in learning outcomes and desired skills. Located in the serene atmosphere of Lonavala, Maharashtra, the institute since its establishment in 2009 has been instrumental in providing the business aspirants a suitable platform for realizing their respective dreams by getting access to an immensely innovative curriculum framework. The recognition honored includes 1st ranking in the IIT All India National Entrepreneurship Challenge (NEC) organized by IIT Bombay in 2015 and 2017, ranked Top B-School in India for Leadership & Entrepreneurship Development by 22nd BSA & DEWANG MEHTA B-School Awards 2014, referred as best B-School in developing Entrepreneurs and Leaders in India by World Education Congress 2013 and the list hardly gets an end. An AICTE approved institute, iFEEL aptly looks after the grooming of the students for which multiple rounds of mock interviews are organized, aiming to develop the confidence and skill to face the

placement interviews in learners. "For each specialization, we arrange sessions dedicated to query resolution of the students where they can interact with the professors freely," pinpoints Dr. Salunkhe.

The campus of the institute that is endowed with excellent facilities has different clubs such as Alpha Beta Case Study club, which assist the students to learn through case studies and the Finance Club, which is responsible to expose students to the finance world. The institute also takes pride in maintaining a cent percent placement rate, where the students are supported in being recruited by companies like ICICI Bank, Amul, FIS Global Financial Services, Allstate Insurance, TATA AIG and so on. "We have plans to initiate a twinning program for the PGP program. That means, iFEEL will team up with renowned institutions overseas and on that account, our students will be able to transfer their credits to the partnering universities after completing programs in iFEEL," concludes Dr. Salunkhe.
