Bank of Baroda (BoB) has announced a major recruitment drive for Information Technology (IT) professionals as part of its 2026 hiring plan which will create job openings for regular employees and contract workers throughout its IT department.

The bank has released notifications for a total of 441 vacancies which include 418 regular positions and 23 contractual posts to build its technology and digital banking capabilities.

The official Bank of Baroda careers portal will open for eligible candidates to submit online applications starting January 30 2026 and they must complete their applications and pay fees by February 19 2026.

The IT recruitment process at the bank includes multiple technical positions which range from development and architecture to cloud and AI and UI/UX and network administration and data engineering, as the bank aims to improve its technological systems.

To qualify, applicants must hold a full-time degree such as BE/BTech, ME/MTech, or MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication from a recognised university or institute.
