IIM Lucknow Summer Placements Top Domestic International Stipends
- IIM Lucknow secures 580+ summer offers for 2025-27 batch.
- Highest domestic stipend Rs 3.95L/month; intl Rs 2.5L.
- Average Rs 1.67L/month; top 50% at Rs 2.18L/month.
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow has achieved summer placements for its 2025-2027 batch with great success. More than 580 offers were made to students of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).
The event also saw a highest domestic stipend of Rs 3.95 lakhs per month and a highest international stipend of Rs 2.5 lakhs per month.
The average stipend was increased to Rs 1.67 lakhs per month from Rs 1.43 lakhs last year with the median also raised to Rs 1.72 lakhs from Rs 1.50 lakhs. The top 50% of the batch registered an average of Rs 2.18 lakhs per month.
The Placement Chairperson, Prof. Prem Prakash Dewani, expressed, "This year’s drive is a testimony to our talent pool of the highest quality, that is why we had so many marquee firms participating in it, and that too across such diverse domains."
The batch consists of 187 freshers and 345 students with prior experience in an extensive variety of sectors, which has opened doors for placements in consulting, finance, marketing, product management, operations, retail, and e-commerce.

One of the noteworthy events was Adani's support for the students in the form of tuition waivers in addition to competitive stipends. The list of legacy recruiters is a long one and includes Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, American Express, Amazon, Arga Investments, Avendus, Axis Capital, Bain & Company, Barclays, Boston Consulting Group, Citi, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Procter & Gamble.
In contrast, First-time participants were CRISIL, D.E. Shaw, Dream Incubator, Edelweiss, Eternal, Galderma, Henkel, IMAP India, India Alternatives, Intellimation.ai, I Squared Capital, Ionic Wealth, Michelin, Mondelez, Morgan Stanley (IB), Nestle, Neo Asset Management, Nivea, Pinpoint, Salesforce, Shapoorji Pallonji, Qualcomm, Wells Fargo, and Vector Consulting Group.
