The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), through the Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR (SDSC SHAR), has commenced applications for 97 technical and non-technical vacancies. The recruitment drive offers opportunities for candidates seeking positions in scientific support, engineering, administration and other operational areas. The recruitment includes positions such as Technical Assistant, Scientific Assistant, Library Assistant ‘A’, Nurse ‘B’, Technician ‘B’, Draughtsman ‘B’, Fireman ‘A’, Light Vehicle Driver ‘A’, Heavy Vehicle Driver ‘A’ and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).

Technician ‘B’ accounts for the largest share, with 43 vacancies, followed by 16 MTS posts and 14 Technical Assistant positions. The remaining vacancies include three each for Scientific Assistant, Library Assistant ‘A’ and Nurse ‘B’, two for Fireman ‘A’, one for Draughtsman ‘B’, five for Light Vehicle Driver ‘A’ and seven for Heavy Vehicle Driver ‘A’.
