UP Police Constable: 32,679 Posts, 3-Year Age Relaxation

• UPPRPB announced recruitment for 32,679 constable-level posts on December 31.
• One-time 3-year age relaxation approved for all categories for 2025 recruitment.

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) announced recruitment drive .For 32679 constable-level and equivalent posts held on December 31.

Relief to candidates for seeking for constable- level posts, Uttar Pradesh government has announced a One-time relaxation of three years. The upper age limit for upcoming police recruitment jobs.

The age relaxation will apply for all the categories to proposed 2025 direct recruitment, in the line of directions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, according to an official statement.

December 31 last year and will be applicable as a one-time measure for candidates who would otherwise become ineligible due to age limits.

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) had announced the recruitment drive for 32,679 constable-level and equivalent posts on December 31. The online application process began the same day and will remain open till January 30, 2026. Applicants are required to complete a one-time registration (OTR) before submitting their forms.

The completion of appointments over 60000 constable’s posts earlier in 2025.The detailed eligibility criteria, selection process and examination schedules are available on the board’s official website.
