Understanding economics is crucial for comprehending the dynamics of international trade and globalization. Economics courses cover topics such as comparative advantage, trade barriers, and exchange rates, which are fundamental for countries engaged in global commerce. Therefore, taking this into consideration, in this issue we have focused on the Economics education landscape.

The cover story of this issue features Budapest University of Technology & Economics. Known for its excellence in economic and social sciences education, the Budapest University of Technology & Economics faculty of Economics and Social Sciences (GTK) has over 4000 students and a highly regarded academic staff, which offers some of the best business and management, economic and social sciences, furthermore also engineering management degree program in Hungary.

This issue also features Latvia University of Life Sciences & Technologies. Latvia University of Life Sciences & Technologies has been contributing towards the enhancement of the quality of economics education by updating the study content and methodology, keeping strong relationships between scientific research, studies and development for practical skills of students. LBTU has been awarded the status of the science university in 2021, making it one of the only four universities in Latvia to receive this status.
