Experiences shared by an alumnus on the values one incorporated throughout their journey at the institute is important to students seeking good institutes and also become the deciding factor for why an institute is better than others. "At Hyderabad Business School (HBS) one gets to learn something new every single day. HBS gave me a great exposure by organizing guest lectures by eminent people from the industry to give us insights regarding the mix of practical and conceptual knowledge," Avinash Ram, SAE, Cigniti Software Solutions, an alumnus of Hyderabad Business School.
Like all graduates, experiences earned in the college days are cherished for the entire life. Avinash's experiences piqued our interest and HER team pursued a conversation with Prof. S.S. Prasada Rao, Director, Hyderabad Business School. HBS considered as the youngest B-school in South India was established in 2009 under Gitam University, Hyderabad and has gained immense popularity within a span of six years through a conglomerate of various activities that the institute undertakes and the quality of education they provide. To further display how the institution functions on the mentioned six important things, Prof. Rao explains the role of the faculty members in building up the reputation of the institute i.e. successful students. HBS has group of faculty members mentoring students with years of academic and industrial expertise. Currently, the institute takes pride in having 10 regular, 5 adjunct and 12 visiting faculties in the institute.
